Good apartment complex with no problems so far. Yard maintenance is done weekly and every morning around the common areas. The staff responds quickly to inquiries or concerns. Some areas like the dog park could use more love but overall, I am happy to be part of the community. Member since March 2024.
Oh my goodness.the apartment and staff are beyond helpful and made our move in seamless..sooo happy here!We have now been here 8 months and find cadence to be awesome. Our concerns for maintaining are addressed quickly.Orlando deserves a raise..lol..always always helpful. Madeline and Damaris are very attentive to every need. A few disrespectful neighbors allow their children to be annoying at all hours..but has been addressed. Thank you management of Cadence Crossing. We do love it here!!!
Was a Tenant at this property for 2 years. Where can I even begin? Management was absolutely terrible. The apartments quality and resident screening has declined every year. The property manager was extremely rude and non communicative. The pool was closed practically everyday during the summers for no notice and warning. The park is disgusting and dirty and adults smoke weed there. So no place for children. They have a tennis court that has been under construction for years and is just run down.
