Went to two branches to try to open an account--three separate trips--but proved too difficult. (Out of state license and the staff was ununiformed about bank account functions--even though I was trying to make a large deposit after selling real estate. I was told the process was too long and I could fill out application online --which is not actually an option with this bank!) Unable to fulfil basic banking functions, such as international transfers. If you only need to transfer domestically, I'm sure they can handle that (probably). Otherwise, it might be in your best interests to rely on more cosmopolitan banks that are at least aware other countries aside from the United States exist.
The staff here is very friendly and the bank has a very friendly community bank vibe with the commercial bank capabilities I need for my business. Glad I found them and use them.
