Everyone at this branch is not only professional but very helpful as well. Whether I go inside or call the branch I love that they know me by name and are always accommodating.
This guy Devon was the entire reason I chose to steer away from this bank. I went in earlier in the week to see if I could switch banks. Devon was incredibly unprofessional. He has a wild temper—while there was no big fuss made, he is such a backhanded type of person. Made me feel like an animal, not a human. He has no humbleness and tries to assert superiority over you regardless of whether he knows you or not. Work on yourself, buddy. You need help.
Only do business with this bank if you want them to screw you over. Their customer service is non-existent. They have no desire to help anyone. .
