My daughter and I visited this shop looking for jewelry and antiques. The lady working there was so kind and welcoming. She showed us many beautiful pieces in different price ranges and I felt that the jewelry was reasonably priced. I highly recommend this store for all Judaic gifts and jewelry.
This is a wonderful shop for picking up special Jewish-themed items. The customer care was an utter delight. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like a friend. The jewelry selection is the best of its kind that I have thus far encountered in the Los Angeles area. I rarely purchase new pieces anymore, but in this case I found three special necklaces that are handmade, unique, high-quality, feel good on the body, are visually captivating, and quite harmonious with my aesthetic. A nice family owned business a little more dated then I would’ve expected however the owners were super nice people and even suggested where in town I could get what I needed that they do not sell as I was visiting from out of state Very nice and friendly people
“You going to buy or should I stop showing you?”. This isn’t the first time I’ve walked into this store. Both times I received less than satisfactory customer service. Not to mention, the products are unorganized overpriced. As a business owner myself, it really upsets me to meet business owners and clerks that think such poor communication is acceptable. I won’t be buying from here until I see tolerable behavior.
