This is one of the worst property management companies that I have ever rented from. They are worse then any slumlord. They take weeks and months to fix simple problems that should be completed within hours. If you have an emergency forget getting that taken care of timely. Once they have you trapped in their units they will not fix anything or return phone call. Withholding rent is really the only way to get a response from them.
