We recently employed Dave to do a retrospective tax protest appraisal for our geodesic dome. Dave's experience and knowledge are absolutely second to none. I would recommend Dave to anyone any day. On short notice with only one week until my tax protest hearing Dave was able to do a full appraisal on a difficult project such as my dome, he was so thorough and produced a 30 page appraisal. This helped my case immensely and without this information I know for sure we would have lost.
