We recently employed Dave to do a retrospective tax protest appraisal for our geodesic dome. Dave's experience and knowledge are absolutely second to none. I would recommend Dave to anyone any day. On short notice with only one week until my tax protest hearing Dave was able to do a full appraisal on a difficult project such as my dome, he was so thorough and produced a 30 page appraisal. This helped my case immensely and without this information I know for sure we would have lost.

He was flexible in accommodating our time schedule and tailored his appraisal to our needs. His fee was very reasonable for the time and research he put into the appraisal, especially when compared to his competitors.
