Very responsive from a tenant's perspective. Always. She even responded within minutes to a non-urgent question on July 4th, a holiday. Very impressive the entire length of lease. My landlord spoke highly of her as well.

If you are considering renting a property managed by Cadaci, DO IT. In an age where big corporate landlords are known to take advantage of tenants, Cadaci is truly a breath of fresh air. We rented a home managed by Cindy and Ken for over 3 years and it was a wonderful experience. They work hard to balance the needs of both the owner and their tenants (not an easy task!). I found them to be attentive and fair. Bottom line: I felt safe renting from Cadaci and I'm sure you will too.
My wife and I had an great experience with Cadaci realty, rented with them for 2 years. Ms. Dallas was always very attentive to all our requests, very helpful with information regarding the home and any concerns we had regarding the property. Would definitely recommend working with them.
