If you are considering renting a property managed by Cadaci, DO IT. In an age where big corporate landlords are known to take advantage of tenants, Cadaci is truly a breath of fresh air. We rented a home managed by Cindy and Ken for over 3 years and it was a wonderful experience. They work hard to balance the needs of both the owner and their tenants (not an easy task!). I found them to be attentive and fair. Bottom line: I felt safe renting from Cadaci and I'm sure you will too.
My wife and I had an great experience with Cadaci realty, rented with them for 2 years. Ms. Dallas was always very attentive to all our requests, very helpful with information regarding the home and any concerns we had regarding the property. Would definitely recommend working with them.
Our second time at the same location. The management team is excellent. The house is perfectly appointed for our family. We traveled with a toddler, there were toys, a pack and play, and some pool floats to use. Everything was clean and working properly, including the grill (which we have had issues with at other rentals). Erin and the rest of the team are responsive and give the sense that they really want you to enjoy your stay. We hope to make this our yearly vacation rental.
