Our second time at the same location. The management team is excellent. The house is perfectly appointed for our family. We traveled with a toddler, there were toys, a pack and play, and some pool floats to use. Everything was clean and working properly, including the grill (which we have had issues with at other rentals). Erin and the rest of the team are responsive and give the sense that they really want you to enjoy your stay. We hope to make this our yearly vacation rental.
I rented a well appointed home for my daughter and family to come home for a very special occasion. I must say we made a very good decision. We had a dinner for 20 on the patio and it was simply beautiful. I really appreciate the check-in upon arriva to assure we had everything we needed and the intermittent check-ins during my daughter's stay, it was like that perfect wait staff that doesn't hover but appear when needed. I will recommend Cadaci Vacation Rentals to my family and friends without hesitation. Thank you Cadaci.
Do not do business with them..... We're still under contract with this company... first 3 months of contract 1 of the 2 bathroom didn't work, they didn't fix the swimming pool for 3 months... My 16 yr old son has asthma.. and the bathroom walls still has mold inside.. By the way we don't own a pet.. Please see their response.. that's how professional they are...
