DO NOT COME HERE I’ve gone here for YEARS before new management took over. The recent time I went was a terrible experience. I called earlier in the day and asked for a 5:30 appt for a new acrylic set. I show up and didnt get seated until almost 6:00. I tell the “owner/manager” I want a short/medium square and NATURAL OMBRÉ… when she did the acrylic I noticed the colors were brighter than I wanted , so I asked to have a sheer white polish to tone down the color… she looks at me with a bad face and just says “No”. does anyone happen to know where Vivian and Kim went ? i know they are under new management but i did not have a great experience this time i went back. i got a pedicure and my toes are sore from her pulling my nails on the side. and i felt like she kept trying to get me to add stuff on through my whole appointment even after politely declining. .
