I went to their store the other day. They have a Christmas tree outside and it's loaded with roses that are all dead. Every one of them. Then I went inside to see the FTD centerpiece for Christmas, and it was so disappointing. The roses in it were dead, too, and it looked like it had been made 2 weeks ago. I listened to the lady on the phone who told a customer it was too late to help her, and the employee was actually nasty on the phone. This was a lousy place to be and I left without purchasing a thing.

I used Cactus Flowers several time over the years, but this most recent time the experience was horrible. The flowers were left at the door and, when I called, they said they were signed for by "LAD" which means "left at door". In 110 degree heat? They did give me my money back, but I certainly won't use them again. TS, Phoenix

Notably good service experience Cactus Flowers did an exceptional job in delivering a beautiful flower arrangement to my mom on Christmas eve. The flower arrangement was very similar to what was pictured on the website, and was delivered in the same vase that I picked out online. The flowers were exactly what I would have picked out if I were there in person.
