It was my birthday, so took the family to cactus on march 20, 4.45 pm.first the food didn't show after 1 hour &15 minutes late so we lost appetite and my wife's food still not ready and my daughter steak was so dry , so It was a horrible dinner, I go to cactus almost every week but that a very bad experience and I want go there again , so cactus sent an email review i sent them and the manager said will contact you , never did get a call , that shows you how management is getting worse and no customer service, so think twice... read more
a mistake happened with one of the dinners. They went above and beyond to make up for the mistake. A rare thing and truly impressed by the level of service here. 10 stars!
