I go to Cactus often because I like the vibe, food, and drinks. Last time, I enjoyed my Med Bowl and Piña Colada, but the service was really disappointing. The server didn’t seem happy to have us there, wasn’t welcoming at all, and it felt like she was serving us out of obligation. It honestly felt like we were being judged or profiled. Despite all of this, we still tipped her well because I know how hard it is to work in this industry—I was a server too.
