Paid $189.00 for the super deluxe detail on my truck. When I picked it up two pieces of trim were missing. Was told because the truck was 10 years old they are not responsible for the damage. Also they did not clean the windows and had to do that while I waited. Pointed out a lot of grim around the window molding, manager stated and I quote “ the tunnel does not remove all dirt” I replied I thought that’s why I paid &189.00 for the detail.,manager walked off and left me standing at my vehicle. I typically don’t leave many reviews on Facebook but Cactus Car Wash absolutely crushed it with the $20 full wash. Awesome customer service, great value, and first class cleaning job. I will be back!
Will not return!!
Don’t waste your money on the $50 express detail-vents still dusty, rims still needed to be wiped down, dirt remained between the seats and some residue was left on my drivers side window. When I took it back an hour later to be wiped off-I was told the tent of my ‘older car’ was coming off! White flakey residue remains on my cloudy window which was not that way before taking it in...
Don’t go here! They don’t vacuum anything and they wipe everything down with grease. Also if you have anything in your dash, they will break it.
They take floor mats out of cars and put in others and don’t take ownership of mistake. Then treated poorly by mgt. Has happened to multiple people! Do not go here.
