Just called to get a price check for an suv since it’s stated extra on the website. Apparently the lady answering the phone there hates her job. Didn’t even say you’re welcome when I said thank you after getting the price. She just hung up. Sorry I bothered her🙄

Horrible customer service. I got the deluxe wash and even paid extra for the special wax. When I got on the road I realized there were still bugs all over the windshield and on the backs of my side mirrors. I went back to ask them to clean off the windshield and they refused and said I would have to wait in line 45 min and go through the car wash again. Have been here twice in the past few months, today at 230 and the last time around 4 and the car wash was closed on sunny/ good weather days. It’s worth the drive to just go to the one in West Ashley.
This is by far the absolute best car wash place ever!!!!! I have been to Liquid Car Wash and Mount Pleasant Wash (the old Americana). They pale in comparison to Cactus!! Scotty and Elliot are amazing!! Thank you for always doing such a great job!!!!
I paid $160 for the paint restoration premium detail. Unfortunately, these are the AFTER pictures. I returned to the store where it felt like I was dismissed about this being an issue. Why pay all that money for my car to come out looking like this? Vacuuming and washing windows is included, so this should not have left looking like THIS. I will not return to this location based on how little they paid to detail, as well as being brushed off like it was *my* fault it wasn’t done correctly.
