When I lived in Charleston, I used to bring my car here all the time. They do a nice job and are decently priced. I've only done the external car wash, I've never had them clean my interior because the wait is always so long. The external wash is great. I go on many road trip so there is always bug juice all over the front of my car and they get it all right off. Cactus ruined the paint on the hood and roof of my beautiful paint job. I had to take it to a body shop for repair which cost $1400. DO NOT USE CACTUS CAR WASH
Beware of this establishment! – I took my car in for a detail and they put two rips in my seat. Needless to say, they did not take responsibility for the damage and I am stuck with the bill! Thanks alot Cactus!
Best carwash experience – I love Cactus - I won't use anyone else. Let's just say I normally dread getting my carwashed but this place is relaxing, I was even able to check my e-mail while I waited. The staff was friendly and my car was the cleanest it has been since I bought it.
