I purchased a Crest tritoon from Cactus Rv and they were the best polite professional then I had an accident and required some work done and a recall work on the Mercury 150 I went in today to pick it up after a month and the Owner became super upset and began to curse at me in front of my 6 yr old daughter because, the comment I politely said was the work should have been done the 1st time and he called me ungrateful along with some very derogatory comments if i could have … See more

Their honesty and kindness won my business….My girlfriend purchased an RV from a competitor and we discovered we needed a drop hitch for an overpriced weight distribution setup. I went to Cactus RV and spoke with the owner, Phil. He was very kind and talked to me about the hitch we purchased and actually GAVE me the part we needed. Watch out buyer beware promised things when buying a boat when it came time to pick up sales people told me that the owner Phil was getting old and doesn't remember what he promised also they were selling me a 15 horse motor toldthem we could only use 10 horse and below and he said there is a way around that he would put 9.9 horse stickers I relayed that info to game and fish let's see what happens cheaters

Learned a huge lesson this week, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. We bought a USED trailer and were under the impression it was like new, a full inspection had been done and the last owner comes in frequently and kept the trailer in great shape. The process was fairly smooth. We drove almost 3 hours to pick up the trailer and had no problems towing it home. We had a great experience with Cactus RV! We drove all the way from SLC to pick up our new toy hauler 5th wheel. When we got there everyone was very friendly and helpful. Paul was our salesman and point of contact throughout the out of state purchase. Rocky was one of their mechanics and did a really great job walking us through every last button and switch on the trailer. He answered every question in terms we could understand. Do not buy from Cactus! My folks purchased a travel trailer from this dealer and found out weeks later that the entire flooring system (hidden underneath the insulated barrier) had been rigged up to support the flooring above. They used all sorts of lumber and lag bolts to hide the fact that the floor had been wet at some point and sagged dramatically.
