My hygienist was very good, however I was not happy about the fact that I waited to see the doctor after she was done and he went in to see the patient next to me who clearly came in after my visit. Doctor, kindly know or ask the order in which patients come in. Thank you.
I was happy with the place my first visit everyone nice and understanding. The dentist was easy to talk to. Young and good looking.
Although I do miss Dr. John and Sue, my visit was excellent. Really liked the new water cleaning vs the scraping. Cassidy and Dr. Hassig were great. Answered questions, took pics and suggested what should be done with a tooth with a cracked filling. No pressure at all!! I do recommend Bright Smiles on Frankford Ave. #1: Had that cracked filling fixed and a crown. Great experience. #2: Just had a checkup, xrays and cleaning. Ditto above. Recommended.
I had a pleasant visit at the dentist very nice staff take you in on time he do a good job on your cleanings too and talk to check my teeth very well
