The biggest ongoing problem at this community is constant vandalism and theft. During the time I lived here, my car and multiple neighbors’ cars were repeatedly broken into and vandalized. Even with video evidence, nothing was done. Police response was ineffective, and the HOA failed to take any meaningful action to improve safety. Parking is chaotic and poorly managed. Really love this place. Very quiet and well maintained. The garden is lovely and really well taken care of. Have been living there for a bit now. We have abundant visitor parking and there is an assigned carport per condo with extra storage. There is a pool, 3 jacuzzis as well as a small gym. These are open until 10 pm with quiet hours starting at 9 pm but honestly, the condo overall is super quiet.
