Been a patient for about 10 years. They are very flexible and their staff are always friendly and professional. Up front for any procedures needed and to discuss what my insurance will cover.
My biggest issue with going to the dentist is with the shot for numbing. Dr. Henspetter is the best in minimizing the pain and worry of the needle. The rest of my difficult procedure went well. His dental assistant was awesome. Next time I won’t wait so long to go to the dentist.
My family have been patients at Cabrillo Family Dental for over 10 years. They are flexible with appointments, their hygienists are knowledgeable and friendly, and their dentists are patient with questions. When I told them about my daughter’s upcoming service trip to Cuba, they immediately and generously gave boxes of toothbrushes, toothpaste, and floss. I’m overwhelmed by their generosity.
I've experienced many dentists and hygienists at Cabrillo Family Dental, and it's been a wonderful experience over many years. The front-desk staff is always efficient, friendly, and skilled. My current hygienist, Julie Arnaudo, was the first one to convince me to take better care of my teeth and gums. I have been a patient of Cabrillo Dental since I was in high school and was a patient for many years of The late Dr Polacek and also Kay who is no longer able to work, was my hygienist for decades. I am 66 now with very well taken care of teeth by this practice. The dental hygienists are thorough and friendly. I have been told to have my teeth cleaned 3 times a year due to a heavy plaque buildup and this has helped me to maintain a healthy cavity-free smile. Once again, Dr. Jen Kin took perfect care of me; I had to have a tooth extracted. He looked out for my well-being by taking the time to personally speak with my heart doctor about my medication to be sure it was safe to do the extraction. And, once again, he was very gentle when giving the shots to numb me up, and no pain during the extraction.
