I've had this bank for 29 years. They were gold. Now, they won't help you, won't answer the phone, don't care about anything. They have become corporate and care nothing about their clients. Don't join.
My favorite branch. The staff is so nice and friendly and accommodating. Had them help me out with a wire transfer recently and they followed up a few days later w me to make sure it all went through.
Staff at this branch is always very helpful. Have come in a few times for several different reasons and they have always been kind, patient and helpful. Special shoutout to Angelica, the manager, who is always willing to step in and follow up with any issues.
