I've been a loyal member since 1992, but unfortunately I received a call from Ms. Simmons stating my account was in "Collections". After about 25 minutes, she realized she was wrong, but didn't offer an apology. I called and asked to speak with Mr. Matthew Ficco, but I guess my situation didn't rise to his level, so he had Alicia call me. I've never been so upset at a Cabrillo rep as much as I was, and it was her mistake. I've opened up an account with Navy Federal and I would advise you to open one up as well, if possible.
