I have had an account with Cabrillo for 35 to 40 years and I am so fed up with this loan department that I’m looking for another financial institution
We recently switched our banking over to Cabrillo, and so far we are blown away by the customer service! I’ve had a few questions and they’ve all been answered within minutes and a technical issue with our account that was dealt with within a few hours. I’ve never been part of a credit union that’s been so committed to its members. Would absolutely recommend Cabrillo to anyone that is considering switching over to them.

This bank has been nothing but helpful and trustworthy. We have PAL and thank goodness we do because without them during this shutdown we may not have been able to keep good on the table for our family.
