The office staff and office manager are very nice and helpful. the maintenance and repair stuff are very professional and polite. The property is very safe and quiet. Overall, the property is managed and maintained in very good condition. This is a property that I can recommend to everyone for living. The office staff Jasmine, Isabelle, and Office Manager Jessica are very helpful and always fulfill any requests instantly; the maintenance personal, Lester, Mannie and Ernest, are very professional and prompt; and the groundskeeper and housekeeping always keep the property in good condition. This is an excellent property to live in. They have been wonderful since I’ve lived here. I Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice place to live.
I reported an issue with my thermostat and it was fixed the same day. Now that is efficiency and it shows that the people at Cabrillo care about me. I really appreciate it. Thank you so much!!
Lester was the maintenance man who repaired our window blinds and tub drain plug. He was very good, he took the blinds apart and fixed the problem, put them back together and they work perfectly. He was very polite and cleaned up after he was finished.
