This apartment was perfect for me these past 4years. The location and side of town was VERY desirable and ideal! Staff was great and always responsive when work orders were placed. Always had great things to say about Cabrillo Apartments and always referred to anyone looking for an apartment.

Lived here for a year. Great and affordable options here. The front office is open everyday of the week and staff is very friendly. Location is amazing and more and more things are being built around this place constantly.

I lived in this community for over four years, and to this day, I wish I had never left. It was by far the best place I've ever called home. The security was top-notch, the maintenance team was incredibly responsive and professional, and the management was simply outstanding. The entire experience felt safe, welcoming, and well-organized. I genuinely loved living there, and I still miss it. Anyone who gets the chance to live here is truly lucky.
