I am so truly blessed It's very quiet and serene. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for peace and tranquility. Thanks to the staff Jesse, Isabella and Manny.
Property currently is located near alot of construction. The noise is loud. Also tenants allowing other people to either pass through the front gate unchecked or back gate unchecked. Nails on the external road pictured my tires not once but twice due to the construction. Dog poop in common areas, looks like they decided to lease apartments to a lower income level of renters to fill their vacancies. Good location, close to Durango, Walmart, and tesla charging stations.
