Carlos is my agent. He is super knowledgeable and has over 15 years experience in the Napa/Solano Real Estate market. He is new to this company, but is a well established agent. Very efficient with his paperwork.
I also just hired Carlos. He is very thorough and has lots of wisdom from being a realtor so long. He explained everything to me in detail on the forms.
These people does not return phone calls regarding inquiry! They only care about selling houses and nothing else! Once they sell the house, they don't care about customer's concerns! Very poor quality service! Most of the time, they don't even answer the phone!
I was a tenant at 621 military east. I gave notice that I was moving, and the owner decided to sell. It is listed with Cabrera. I moved out before Christmas (over 2 months ago) but they still have my phone # on the MLS as the person to call to show the unit. They know I am not there, but I have been getting as many as 6 calls a day. They also don't respond to some offers. A friend of mine had his agent fax an offer on the same day as it was put on the MLS. There was no response to the offer and the agent didn't return calls.... read more
