They r crooks. They charge an ungodly amount and if it sits n their lot they charge another ungodly amount. Then they say God bless u. Well im sorry but God don't like crooks who take advantage of others misfortune. God won't forget u on judgment day. All this excess money u charge won't pay ur way into Heaven.

They responded quickly to my wife's accident, but the rep was snippy toward my wife. They also charged $155 for a local tow that took about an hour total time and was about 5 miles round trip distance. Speedy but not worth the price. Seems to be taking advantage of those in difficult situations. Rousch towed my car from LR to Cabot for under $100.
