Could be a fluke. Playground area is trashed with leftover food, flip flops, folding chairs broken and one half sticking out if the trash. But the amount of rust on the actual equipment is unacceptable. Along with the rusting edges on the bathroom roof and missing paint on the structures. One item not a fluke and will keep my family away is the apparent brazenness one couple has to pull into the near empty lot (2 other cars) and have sex in their vehicle.
