DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT MOVE HERE ! FIND SOMEHWERE ELSE , I PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET IT ! Electricity is always going out and they never care i guess because they can go home and not have to experience the problems without lights ! How do they expect you to feed and cook for your children? They never care as long as they get there rent money ! Hot waters always off ! The crime is horrible . My apartments falling apart and they have yet to fix anything . I can't wait till my lease is up!!
The new management team here, is the bomb. I don't think I've ever been received so well. Concerned about my issues. They care about my well-being. They're here to take care of your needs. Crime in the neighborhood has gone way down. I've only heard one gunshot in the last 7 days. Prior to this management company taking control of this apartment complex, I heard no less than seven gunshots per day. Thank you New Management.
This place only received a star from me because I had to at least give one star to write a review. We have been living here since August. He ain't didn't work in August. They didn't fix it until the winter October. And it wasn't fixed the weather changed and was cooler outside. Now it's winter and my heater hasn't worked since November and it's the end of January now. When I call about it the office people have attitudes but rent is always on time.
