The BBQ Mahi Mahi Tacos were excellent. Perfect flavor with a kick. The guacamole dope appetizer was really good. I think everyone in our group thoroughly loved their food.
This place was amazing. Friendly staff! As a visitor to Charolette I would highly recommend going.
Cabo is truly one of a kind. Not your typical Mexican joint. They add their flare to whatever they do and they NEVER disappoint. Great space located in a great area. Their patio is hard to beat on a nice day. I've had everything on their menu so I look forward to their daily specials for the extra variety. If your debating on eating here, stop now, grab your keys and just go. I promise you it'll be your first of many.
Mahi mahi burritos were so tasty!! And the salsa they serve with chips is awesome😊
Excellent, super fresh food. Absolutely delicious! Wonderful food and great service. Well worth the 45 minute wait to get in!!!!
Had the special of the day: Snapper tacos with chimmichurri aioli. AMAZING. Tiffany, who was taking care of us, was pretty awesome as well! Thanks for a great dinner.

Yes it's trendy and always crowded but I am not sure why. Maybe I caught them on an off night. I will say this one good thing, the shrimp and crab dip appetizer is amazing. I wasn't super hungry so I chose the Cabo Roll, an app, for my meal. When it arrived it was cold, as was most of our food, and it was awful. When my server returned to the table to check on us I apologized and said I must send this back. She responded with "I know, it is the only thing here that I don't eat". I wasn't charged thankfully.
