Went with East Al Cable to get the 50mb internet. Never the speed you expect. So i decided to stay loyal and go with them and get 100mb. Did speed test. No where near the speed. I called to get help. Terrible customer service. I explaines u will lose a bunch to AT&T. Guess u have to show them. So. IF YOU LIVE IN FORT MITCHELL. GO WITH AT&T. Internet isn't up and down all the time. Biggest thing is. The will work with u. Im done with this worthless company. Im very easy going. If u piss me off. U did something.

Been with East Alabama Cable TV for years had internet trouble technician come out Zach Kiker troubleshooted it 15 minutes everything was back up and running big thanks to the technician and the cable company great job

The control and pricing is crap no doubt. If everyone would start blowing up their state legislatives office and complaining there would be something done about the control over internet and tv for this area. Stop wasting time bitching on a review and call the state of Alabama for there is something that can and will be done about it.
