I wish I could give a ZERO star rating for this company, but unfortunately I can’t. We have had unreliable internet service for the past 7-8 years we have lived here. My kids are homeschooled, I have been in college, and my wife is a realtor. So, we NEED reliable internet service. We pay $111 month for horrible service. It has always buffered and not worked when we needed it the most. Currently, we are without internet at all due to non payment, plus we were charged a late fee, AND WE ARE ON AUTO PAY!!!! I have had internet problems over and over. I never been late on paying my bill. The usual response when I call is let me reboot the modem.. works for about 15 minutes after they are off the phone. One technician stated there is to many people on one pole in the neighborhood. Which the company is aware of but it will cost to readjust more than the company willing to invest at the time. Saying all that it's time we have more options for internet providers. Stop paying for a service we are not receiving

Down more than up is very accurate. I'm done. Long periods of outages, long wait time. I found out Verizon has a lte box that they can ship out to give internet service. Just plug and go. I'm switching. This is ridiculous.

They do not even deserve a star. We are paying for a service that is down more than it is up. I wouldn't recommend them ever. A JOKE.

CTV BEAM is by far the worst internet provider out there. It doesn't help that they are the only provider in the area either. $85 a month for 100mb download and 1.5 Upload! They are easily 10 years behind everyone. And this is if your internet is working at all. Internet goes down 6-8 times a day easily. When I call to get it fixed, their famous response is always " It seems fine on our side, it may be your modem". Well, 3 modems later (Yes 3), and still the same issue. I’ve been with CTVEA a long time. I have mixed feelings about the service I’ve received. I wanted to call out an employee named Tonya though, who actually was professional and went above and beyond to help me. It really meant a lot.Thank you! Overpriced and be prepared for daily service outages. Had to use cell data to leave this review. Why? Because my internet has gone down for the 4th day in a row.

This is for your tech support unit. I live in the Smiths Station area and had a problem with my Internet. First I would like to commend your employee Mike S. He came out to my home and was totally excellent. Very knowledgeable, very polite, and made me very happy. Mike took the time to actually talk with me and answered every questionI had. If I did not understand Mike explained the situation to me in different ways until I did understand. I would recommend Mike to everyone and think he should be given a bonus or raise. This is the worst cable company ever. Internet has been dragging like under 5 and I pay for 50 and they offered a $10 credit for inconvenience fee and this has gone on for like 2 weeks. The tech claimed he was here but called the other number on the account and never knocked on the door. There is always someone home. The cable is pixelated and the internet is garbage. They have hoarded the area for so long, they drag the prices up and offers nothing. All the channels you want will cost you more. Go with any other company
