At first I was upset 10k for a transmission job was wrong to do to any1 It's my fault that I didn't shop around. The worst part was not being informed up front about a daily hold charge even though I explained upfront I didn't have 10k After the work was done and we got the warranty situated im completely satisfied with work the mechanics provided also Mr Dalton did help along the way to help ensure things worked smoothly for me again always top notch work by ur mechanics
I had to take my daughter's car here for repairs recently. I had not been there since they were Ed Bozarth. I had a bad experience with an overly aggressive car salesman. This time we worked with Sabra. Sabra was wonderful. She helped us perfectly. The car got fixed as promised and for what we were quoted. She renewed my faith in the car lot, and I would be open to future visits.
Had a good experience. I usually haven't had great experiences at Cable Dahmer but this time surprised me. They did everything they could to get a good value for my trade in and get me in a newer car! Trey Hatcher did an amazing job at finding me the right vehicle to fit my needs.
This will not be a friendly review. I purchased a 2012 Jeep Wrangler and it turned out to be a lemon. within 3 days the car would not start stated it was rodent damange and tried to get me to pay for it, they agreed to handle. Got the car back 3 days later check engine on due to a Cadillac converter they took over a month to fix get care back 2 days later engine light back on and still no resolution on getting rid of this lemon car I just want my money back and cant bc no will communicate with me been waiting over a week for... read more
