Having only one person working on the saturday afternoon shows total lack of commitment to customers
I had the worst experience with this company from the day I went into the store to the installation. My designer lost my design, and I had to email them to him. We discussed what I wanted, and he did not enter all the items that we discussed. The day of the installation items were missing, one cabinet was the wrong size and 2 doors were warped. I called customer care, and the circus began. They wanted pictures and details of what was missing. I sent videos and pictures and had to contact them 3 times to get everything done. ... read more
We want to take the time to thank Darius for his professionalism and patience with helping us put together a fabulous design for our kitchen. It was flawless from the beginning to the end. The whole team was a pleasure to work with. Installers were on time and detailed. Peter the manager made sure we were happy and satisfied. We would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of a remodel.
Darius was very helpful in helping us figure out how to design our small bathroom remodel. He was very patient and willing to go the extra mile.
