Well we have been trying to get cabinets now for almost three months, but in the last two weeks my wife has been ready to buy but this store for some reason has not been forth coming with the estimate. I know she is very picky and she wants things her way. But that is what customer obsession is about. Apparently this store is not to concerned about their customers. Went to the Phoenix location and we worked with Darius. He was just awesome! He was extremely patient, and offered his opinion while helping us plan our kitchen remodel. We were extremely happy with the final outcome! Thank you so much Darius!!
Bait and switch tactics. My husband is an architect and went there based on the ad for 2 cabinets for the price of one. Cabinets BOGO sale were horrible, mostly because of poor quality and lack of style variety. Cabinets on sale for 25% less were limited in variety and color. Cabinets that were made well were not on sale and the same price as Home Depot. Our kitchen in California was made with cabinets and appliances from Home Depot. I rather deal with a reputable company, than company that does false advertising.
It takes a lot of patience and thoughts to design your dream kitchen. Peter, one of the manager at Cabinets to Go, did a great job putting our vision into reality. He was very helpful, personable and knowledgeable. Thank you, Peter!
