Such a waste of time reaching out to this company. We had a zoom appointment set up for last Friday the 14th at 4pm. They called around 2:30/3pm and said their zoom is down and asked me to take pictures of my kitchen and send the pictures, my ideas and any inspo pics to the email that was emailing me. So I did that, I took pictures, labeled what they were, explained exactly what was going on in our kitchen and what we were looking for.
