Bob Lang was very patient with my seemingly endless questions. He explained everything in great detail, making sure I understood what I was getting. He made suggestions for items that, in his professional opinion, thought would improve the functionality or aesthetics of my projects. I am doing a kitchen and a bath and his experience saved me from making several costly mistakes. His sales style is 100% pressure free, allowing his clients to feel comfortable throughout the entire process.
We ordered cabinets last year and the sales person we had was sent to another store right when our cabinets were being put in and the other coworkers did not seem to know or be able to help with any of our questions we would leave multiple messages and no one would call back and we would have to call over and over again! Also the color white that we ordered was not the color that we received. This service and experience ranks AS ONE OF THE WORST IF NOT THE WORST IN OVER 30+ YEARS. Every aspect and stage of SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE : from the design, ordering, measuring, installation, HQ office responses, overall communications, staff attitude and general feel. I suspect some have had a good experience but WHY TAKE THE RISK when there are so many better options out there with better quality, service and PRICE.
