This service and experience ranks AS ONE OF THE WORST IF NOT THE WORST IN OVER 30+ YEARS. Every aspect and stage of SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE : from the design, ordering, measuring, installation, HQ office responses, overall communications, staff attitude and general feel. I suspect some have had a good experience but WHY TAKE THE RISK when there are so many better options out there with better quality, service and PRICE.
