We’ve been coming back for a year now, I guess because our home wasn’t ready, and suddenly we were. We want to thank the staff for being so patient with us during the process. Worst customer service ever! Would not stand behind their defective product and argued over a $300 order. Will never do business with this company again. The salesman told us returns can’t be made in the store and made us call their customer service number. The customer service person told us the store has to handle returns. We went to this store this morning and my husband asked one the staff if someone there speak in Spanish and the salesman responded to me in Fort Myers’s has a store the employee spoke in Spanish. I replied to the person we live in Naples and I speak English, but my husband prefers negotiate in his language. Thanks for your services and your racist with your staff members are . I will never forget your service and never recommend to anyone your company.
