great service I was looking up Cabinets by Designs phone number last night and came across the above post. We have used Cabinets by Design off and on for several years and the service has been nothing but good. In these times, I think it says a lot that they are still in business when so many of their contemporaries have folded..Maybe their forte is not in additional pieces but I can assure you, that their attention to detail on full projects is spot on.
Absolutely worthless! Cant believe this place is still in business Call this cabinet maker on July 2nd. I asked to make one simple cabinet to fit in my kitchen after the addition of larger fridge. Called them and they said , " email a picture of the cabinet and the dimensions to us and we will respond quickly and give you a quote. Today is the 29th and never received a call. I called them and the man on the phone said, "you know how email is...you get bunch of emails and they can get misplaced easily... etc." i dont think yo... read more
