The craftsmanship and work done was fantastic. That being said, damage was done to our bamboo floors during the installation process . Damage details follow: the installer sat on a plastic bucket scooting on the floors , no drop cloth the length of my counter . Floors visibly scratched. Understand that mistakes happen, don't blame the tech. Reached out to the owner , Greg G****** to resolve the issue . He took over a week to respond then said he would send his flooring guy out to look. I waited another week and finally texte... read more

As soon as this issue was brought to my attention, I called a floor expert, which the company I called has been in business for 74 years here in Louisville, so I would say they are a leading expert in the flooring business. Upon inspection of your floor they informed me that the floor has damage over most of the floor, most of which we couldn't possibly have done.
