The owner, Greg, gave us a quote in late July, 2018, but did not start installation until early November, 2018. There was delay after delay once the installation started, and it took nearly 5 weeks to complete due to shortage of materials and improper materials from the cabinet door maker. We had to go through Thanksgiving weekend with incomplete kitchen cabinets. Also, the installer had family issues that delayed the project. When you and your wife came in to pick your hardware she saw a different door style and said she liked it better and wanted to change to that particular style. They did a great job on my kitchen this week. My wife absolutely loves it. They are the creators of refacing. The installers showed great detail in their work. Would refer them to anyone.

There is a reason they get all their money up front! By the time you realize what a ripoff you've got into, it's too late to back out. What should have taken a week or 2, dragged out for 8 months! First I will say that we do not ask for payment in full up front. There is still a balance of 960.00 on this account. This is a case that no matter what we did the customer complained about it. The first thing that happened was I went to their home twice before ordering anything for there kitchen. They chose a color for their cabinets and they loved it.
