I am a contractor and with that said am very picky. I have found that Cabinet Wholesalers is by far the best to work with. The young lady that runs the office Shannon is very sweet and works very hard to make sure that every thing goes smoothly. The prices are great, as well as the quality of their product.

I hate remodeling for the fact that most sales people don't care. I would rather go to a company that has a bit higher prices if the customer service is better. I hit the jack pot with this place. Everyone that i have dealt with has been great. Not only do they have a great selection, but they have employees who actually care. I'll use them again and again just because they have excellent service. Loved it!

I'm a very picky person when it comes to how my kitchen looks. I called and asked them if they could give me directions to the store so I could come in. Once I got there and saw everything they had I knew this was going to be the best place to order. The prices are competitive, they have EXCELLENT customer service and I got exactly what I wanted. When they came to deliver, it was on time, and installed right. I will use this place again most definitely.

Kitchen done in time. – We were on a serious time crunch to get our Laguna Beach vacation condo done in time for our friend's surprise wedding anniversary. Great customized cabinets at a reasonable price – We researched all over Southern California for cabinets for our home including a home improvement store and a club store that claimed to offer direct pricing. Nothing came close to the high quality and low cost custom cabinetery of Cabinet Wholesalers. It was a decent drive down from LA, but totally worth it. Defines what businesses should aspire to be. – I had been looking for cabinets for a while and came across these guys on the internet. There were some complaints about customer service, but nobody seemed to complain about the product, so I decided to check it out. I am so happy I did. Great product LOUSY Customer Service. They lied about subcontractors, time frame to finish the job, BBB rating, predated the contract to avoid 3 day rescind, said job would take 2 weeks and it took almost 2 months. We were without a sink for 2 weeks and it took them 2 months to get all the hardware on our cabinets so that we could actually open the doors and use the shelves. Terrible customer service – We have experienced nothing but difficulty with this company. They promised delivery of cabinets but when they arrived, they couldn't be installed because they were the wrong size. We did finally get the correct size cabinets after waiting a week and the cabinets were correct but the shelves were the wrong size and drawers were missing.
