I spent $11k on a custom home office and Murphy bed. I have been happy for a few years, but one of the panels from the Murphy bed has come undone. I have it clamped so that it does not become damaged, but I cannot put the bed up or move it. I cannot use my home office for work. Part 2: On August 24 the installer came back with the drawer faceplates completed. He installed them and, the bench and, file cabinet were completed at this time. Now, for the pantry: he only had 1 handle, there were supposed to be 3. And, their solution for the gap in the barn door was 2 cheap pieces of wood that would stick out like a sore thumb.
