I ordered from this company -- received half the order (not on time... and yes I paid for expedited shipping) and half of what I received was damaged, some boxes were marked "RETURNED" one of them had a receipt from someone elses order that they returned in it.... Two months later they decided they would "issue me a full refund" That was April of 2018 -- I have never seen a full refund or heard from them in over 6 months! No email responses, and of course their phone doesn't even work it's a voicemail! Go ahead and try it! B... read more

I wish I could give them a 0 as a review. This company is a sham and you should never order from them. I ordered cabinet's on 9/15/2018 and paid for expedited shipping which cost and extra $250 dollars. This means I should have gotten my cabinets no later than 10/5/2018. It is now 11/24/2018 and the only response I have received is the standard when I should get my cabinets response. I'm probably going to have to take them to court to get my money back. Awesome!!!!

Was ready to order from Cabinets to Go but their local staff were incompetent and corporate was not much better. Found RTA and liked the cabinets better and Casey was very helpful and prompt....Overall this has been a good experience. Our contractor thought we were crazy for ordering online and assembling. He has started installing and has complimented the cabinets no less than four times and will probably buy from you all in the future.

Excellent quality cabinets! Frank LaMark was always available, responsive, and highly skilled. The computer program to show the kitchen was excellent to help visualize. Very quick service and excellent instruction regarding the delivery process. Frank LaMark I will use you again most definitely!!

Good selection of products. Fairly easy to order online. I hope the cabinets are as good as the service. We would recommend to anyone trying to buy cabinets for a remodel or new construction. I also liked the fact that no particle board is used in the construction of the cabinets.

I reached out to the RTA customer service team multiple times via email and live chat, I always received a prompt, helpful and courteous response with any question I threw at them. They are a knowledgeable team and helped me save money along the process of remodeling my kitchen. Can't wait for my cabinets to arrive!
