I worked with Katerina Marshall on a design, my wife and I ordered about 10 different door samples and once we chose a style, Kat worked with us through some changes as we finalized the order. Once the order was placed the cabinets were at the door within ten days, nothing was damaged and cabinets are as expected. Great! Kat was great to work with and really everything went quite well, I would do it again in a heartbeat!

I ordered 4 cabinets through Cabinet Mania. They sent 3 and have been non responsive in sending the remaining 4th cabinet. You can't speak to anyone - everything is via email and they just YES you to death. I've enclosed a photo of my stalled project! Now I have to start the process of contacting my bank and filing a dispute.

I was lucky to get Katherina as my free kitchen designer. She was pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable and patient , since I changed the layout few times she patiently changed everything the way I wanted . Great experience. Thanks Katherina :)

We recently purchased our new kitchen from RTA Cabinet mania. We found their prices to be comparable to most large retailers, but had the added benefit of better quality materials, and easier assembly of cabinets. The selection was great, and they offered free kitchen design. The free kitchen design is the best part for us. You would not know it’s free from the quality service we received. I was thrilled when I found Cabinet Mania. The kitchen in my rental is being remodeled. We went to the big box stores to find stylish, yet affordable cabinets. The stores did not have the size cabinets needed to efficiently utilize the space in the small kitchen. Also, when we decided to have their planner create a design from our measurements, it wasn't exactly what we wanted and if we went with the design the cabinets would not be available for six weeks. Wow what great customer service!. Linda was a big help when i ordered my cabinets and she really put me at ease. I was very nervous making a big purchase online but i felt very comfortable after talking with her

I am very happy with the quality of these cabinets, especially for the price. I am a former professional installer and have experience with most of the major brands. None of them can touch these in quality at this price point. Nice even finish, quality craftsmanship, easy to assemble, dovetail drawers, all plywood box construction...very impressed with these. I would highly recommend them. Service was great too. The order shipped quickly and emails were answered promptly. Great job!

I'm extremely disappointed in this company. I did in fact shop around and yes there prices were good , customer service was okay as well but once I had a problem all bets were off. The vanity's I ordered took two extra weeks for delivery and two out of three were damaged during shipping. The one I did received was also damaged beyond repair. I sent multiple e mails and finally was able to ship that one back. You would think a refund would be a no brainer, think again. It's been two months and still no refund. They keep sayin... read more
