They deserve zero stars. This company sucks in all aspects. Customer service, workmanship and honor mean nothing to the employees or owner. 8 months and over 40 phone calls and ONE call back (only from the owner). All other calls were just disregarded. Yes, the owner called me back but refused to offer an apology. Said he'd take care of it and they still ordered the wrong part. Avoid Alicia like the plague. Just ask for a toaster oven instead. Excellent! They listened to what we wanted and gave us several options. They did not try to 'upsale' us. Alicia was sweet and helpful. I told her I needed a quick turnaround and boy did they deliver...a week earlier than I thought! I didn't have a big kitchen but getting countertops before my father in law's 90th birthday was a blessing! I have used them twice and would again.
Granite installation experience went very well; dates provided for completion and install were on point. We needed additional piece of granite that was not in original plans and within two weeks had that installed as well.
Kitchen install went well. Bathroom install has been extremely difficult to schedule and complete. I have difficulty getting calls returned to schedule work. After trying five weeks to get a date, finally got bathroom installed, but my new drywall is damaged in multiple places and the wrong sink was installed. The install team assured me it would be corrected immediately but I've heard nothing. When I call, I have to leave messages and don't get a call back.
From the first visit to pick out a vanity countertop for my topless counter I was treated like a queen. Holly took so much time out in the out sun even with me trying to match my bathroom tiles with just the right remanent. When I took my niece back a week later to help me make the final decision Holly once again made sure we saw everything before we made our final choice.
