Most incompetent and uncaring company EVER! Don’t waste your time and money here. I ordered countertops on November 30, 2020 and am still waiting. I have been lied to, sent many emails with no response. If you don’t have a million dollar kitchen, they don’t care about your job. They measured incorrectly, cut the granite incorrectly, then said the problem was my sink. I have dealt with these people for almost 8 months and get nothing but being ignored. From the manager to the service techs, nobody knows what the other says. Very poor customer service in every way imaginable. I would never recommend them solely based on not answering calls or communication in any way.
Take your business elsewhere. This company is the worst. They do not stand behind their product or their work. Terrible communication. Tried using them for years and had nothing but issues. Should have cut ties long before all the headaches. The business owner does nothing but make excuses. He thinks he can talk his way out of any issue and tries to act like your friend. I don’t have the space to truly tell our NIGHTMARE story dealing with this company! We LOVE the quality of our cabinets, although that’s no credit to Cabinet Express, as the cabinets are manufactured in the Midwest. We do have praise for the installers who installed our cabinets and countertops; they were awesome to work with, but beyond that, we have nothing good to add! Worst company every, no communication when things are delayed, they promise you a delivery date and when you call ON the day of they make excuses and give you a new ETA for a week later. Don’t hire this company.
I have to wait a month to get my countertops. No water or sink in my kitchen. Extremely inconvenient. Very unsatisfied. Sincerely, Mary Vanatta
