Don't use this company. They did not get our reservation correct. When I called to resolve the issue they told me it was human error and would not let me cancel the incorrect reservation. Horrible business practice.
cabin was disgustingly filthy, and they were in no rush to help fix all of the issues. Blood on mattress, semen on bedskirt, just awful. They did not have a differnt cabin available to offer us, so we checked out and asked for our money back. They refused, offering a palsy one night in return, and a free night on a return stay. Office manager gave me a run around. Will not ever be back. Please be advised....Blood on mattress and semen on bedskirt and they did NOT OFFER US MONEY BACK. Eww.
If I ever need a cabin in Gatlinburg, I'm going through Cabin Fever Vacations! They have an amazing staff and my group and I had an awesome stay at the Bearadise at Ober Mountain Cabin. You won't be disappointed in booking a cabin with this wonderful company!
Best place on Earth!! We started going in 2011 and ever since then it's been a annual Vacation spot for our growing family. last year our son got to enjoy the fun and beauty of the smokies this year our 7 month old daughter's first year and it will be a delight to see the look on her face when we check in our cabin for the first time with her. Our son really really loved it!! Lol. See yall soon!
Have used them a few times & have been more than happy with our stay each time.

We love our stay in The Absolute high cabin...it had beautiful views the was out on this world day or night...Nice place to stay
