I've never had a bad experience here. They are great with my child and he hates going to the doctor so they always take extra time with him to try to calm his nerves. Great place and staff.
My kids have been patients here for 16+yrs...everything has been all good until a year ago...i ignored it and this year the same as last but worst....the management sucks and they don't care about the patients....however the Dr's are good...and i will miss the N.P. Dena at Kannapolis....but the management need to be more compassionate... my issue was a simple mistake not on my part that could have been solved by a simple phone call!
Tried to set up new appointment for my newborn and was on hold for over 15 min each time I called. I hung up and called another Dr.
Love the providers! Since they have been bought out by CMC the office policies have changed so much that getting a sick appointment for a child has become complicated, confusing, and next to impossible at times.
