Great dental practice. Very friendly staff. Thorough cleaning with concern for patient comfort. Dentist is friendly and thorough as well. No wait-just sat down in waiting room when called back to start appointment. Facility is clean and homey. They go above and beyond in dealing with insurance companies. So glad I found this dental office! Does a great job with appointment reminders too.
I went to the Locust Family Dentist practice for the first time today. I haven't been to a dentist in years because of so many bad experiences. I must say the Locust practice is amazing!!!! From calling to set up an appointment all through the process was so easy. The staff is excellent, well trained and the doctor was very thorough. They worked up a treat plan, went over it in detail, went over what the insurance covered and told me to take my time in deciding how I wanted to proceed. The dentist here are nice people. They check to make sure your doing ok and talk you through what their going to do that day.
I would really like to say that the staff was amazing and so friendly. If they were closer I would be a regular. The Dr. was amazing and made a bad experience very well worth it. Can forget T-Rex who held my hand when I was being stuck with the needle. From the first experience on the phone with the awesome Gayle to walking out the door, it was an amazing experience. Thank you for all of the awesomeness.
The staff at Locust Family Dentistry are wonderful! Everyone is friendly and makes you feel welcomed. The dentist is absolutely fantastic and takes time to listen to you. I would recommend this practice to all of my family and friends.
