I can't say enough wonderful things about these people. They treated us with such kindness and empathy when we brought our cat in to help him on his way across the rainbow bridge. Thank goodness for them working on weekends!
Unfortunately, this practice was more concerned with obtaining all monies up front instead of treating my beloved pet! They put my girl in the oxygen crate for an hour and did nothing else for her. They provided an estimate for her treatment and when I told them I didn’t have that kind of money right this minute, they asked me to sign a refusal to treat form. Meanwhile my baby continued to worsen (respiratory distress) and died about 2 hrs later. Money could have been obtained later, my dog is gone due to their concern over ... read more

After sustaining a head and neck injury earlier in the week, and then having a seizure, I had to take my 11mo old pup to Cabarrus Emergency Vet for overnight observation. Shortly after checking him in and paying the deposit, I made it clear to the vet tech that he did not do well with chocker leashes.
