The place is a sleazy shithole that doesn’t have good customer service.Stay away at all costs.Sleep at a truck stop if you have to.
To tell your customers that you won’t give them fresh towels and sheets because your tenants didn’t wake up to the housekeepers is absolute GARBAGE. Whether or not your tenants are awake, or in the rooms you are SUPPOSED TO GIVE THEM FRESH TOWELS, SOAP, AND SHEETS, every SINGLE MORNING. Get your shit together.

These people are crooks I booked a room for my daughter last week and they charged both of our credit cards. Can't get them to credit either one of the cards and when you call and talk to them about it they don't care. They continue to say why would we do that we are ruining a business here but they take no action to remedy the situation!
