We absolutely love it here, Anthony is the best landlord too. Maintenance is great as well.
Anthony is great! Honest and fair with reasonable pricing for a place on the lake. If you love the water, then this is your place. The lake is literally across the street. If your looking for a great place to stay with an even better landlord (one who actually cares) then this is your place.
Really enjoyed my stay here. Sadly after 5 years we are moving out of Texas: Definitely recommend this place to anyone.
VERY UNSAFE PLACE, I went to this place to deliver grocery for my clients. The place is dark with lack of light, after parking my car at the back of the building, I go to the building and almost fall to my death. The parking lot ground is a 10 feets higher than the building ground and somehow the landlord did not install guardrail for safety measure or having more light for people to aware of the danger.
