I find them to be professional and very through. The doctors are attentive and truly listen to your concerns. Are they full most times absolutely but that shows you these patients trust their doctor. It's a small location however they give you a time. I am extremely satisfied with their staff and facility.

PLEASE AVOID. I’d give zero stars if I could. By far the worst doctor's office I have ever been to. I went in to get a referral to a specialist and was assured my issue would be handled properly. Instead, the specialist looked at me as if they had received no information at all. When I tried to sort it out, I called the front office over TEN TIMES and never received a response. Extremely unprofessional and disorganized—I had to look for assistance elsewhere.

Both the doctors are genuinely attentive; however, the office receptionists, though not all, include some who are quite unprofessional and discourteous. Improvements are necessary in recruiting more competent reception staff. The waiting times are excessively long, even when calling in, as the waiting period remains significant. Nonetheless, the doctors and other staff provide excellent service. I have been a patient for two years.

Just read my other review for Dr. Cabales :). Nevertheless, all I can say is this: I CAN ONLY TRUST FILIPINO-AMERICAN DOCTORS for my health needs & both Dr. Victor & Arthur Cabales are the only doctors I can trust lately.
