I extremely satisfied with the service provided by Michael, Dana and Carla.
Id give them a 0 if I could and in fact they deserve less then that. Ive waited for over 5 hours in -20c. Ive gotten the run around. 2 seperate drivers call me to tell me they cannot come and help. Absolutely useless. Caa better stop sub contracting these other companies. They have ruined their name and reputation in canada. GO Canada GO
Worse customer service!!! Not only do I pay one of the highest membership plans they have (tow up to 200,00km) they made me wait 48hrs for a tow I needed because my car was broken down in a no parking zone. They have towed my car before to my mechanic shop and this time had me wait 2 whole days just to call me last minute and refuse my tow. Mind you I have had CAA for a while and only used it twice this time being the second time when I was refused service. Went through multiple supervisors and no one helped me. Absolutely useless service. Driver showed up with no basic automotive knowledge—I had to figure out the neutral override myself. After finally getting the truck ready, he drove off without towing it. Spent hours on the phone with no help, no replacement truck. Next day promise of a 7:45 arrival—nothing, no updates, no accountability. Total waste of time. Avoid CAA
It was a very Long night. Had to call CAA multiple times. Freezing temperature. Spent too many hours waiting for them to finally sent someone who actually knew what he was doing and was very helpful. His name is Mohammed Rasoul. He was very professional, friendly and expert. It took him only 10 minutes to winch out car and load to on flatbed. Overall, he was amazing. Highly recommended. Great customer service.
