Absolutely no standard for their employees. They run a mad max style organization. As seen by the video with the driver parked in the middle of a cross walk while jutting into the road all while pretending he hadn’t been speeding down the road while looking at his phone.
After many years with CAA I have mixed reviews about them. The very latest experience though was so awful I have to share what CAA did. I called them for a tow after my vehicle broke down whilst I drove it to another city. The CAA rep refused my tow, she then had her manager James call me and accuse me of having a vehicle that was in "significant disrepair". I found it peculiar that they could come to that conclusion over the phone without ever seeing the vehicle. He then hung up on me and continued to stop my service reques... read more
