Hello, I was a member of CAA for a few years now. When I originally went to renew my membership online I was not able to sign into my account. I was extremely disappointed with the behaviour of Dana Soubra. I found her to be rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful throughout my interaction. As a result, I would rate my experience 0 stars. I believe an assessment should be conducted to determine whether she is suitable to continue in her current role, as my experience raised serious concerns about professionalism and systemic ethical issues within the organization.
