My car accident was settled by CAA Insurance Company as a total loss. The adjuster Ms. Mansi Agarwal sent me a claim form for signature on Monday 22nd April 2026 which I returned to her sameday. Monique baker made my experience with caa so traumatizing I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE!!!! Still one of the worst places to sign up with especially especially if you get Monique baker to deal with she’s the WORST person to deal with so much attitude no manners takes months to respond n she calls her self professional SOME OF MY FRIENDS ARE AVOIDING THIS PLACE OR SWITCHING FROM CAA. Crazy how one persons behaviour can impact so many people.
A simple mobile tire swap appointment has been hours of trying because they couldn't bother to update their website with useful info and having me go in circles, calling in 4 times after waiting on hold a minimum of 15mins each time only for an associate to be very not helpful and caa eventually not showing up to the appointment while I sit here waiting like an idiot . This was supposed to save me time... Now I've wasted more time than it would taken to go to a mechanic which I will still have to do. Thanks caa great job... ... read more
