Requested call back 8 am. 1030 had to recall. Told to pick meeting time which I did. 15 mins into time got text we were on. 15 mins latertow company changed and pushed pick up by 1 hour. Tow company changed pushed again. Then no to at all. Called CAA they had no idea what was going on. Then another tow company and 3 hour push. I have an advertised 320 kms tow with the top membership and I could not get a tow. Why pay top dollar to get coverage you can never get. I would not recommend this company. Offering a response in 10-15 business days for an online inquiry is ridiculous. They should change that since it is a sign of inefficiency.
Horrible services, costumer service workers dont know how to deal with costumers
I was stuck on the side of the road and the tow truck driver and the CAA dispatch refused to tow my vehicle because I had an old insurance slip in my car. I couldn't get a hold of my broker or someone to send me the current slip. I ended up having to pay the tow truck driver to tow my vehicle because your dispatch said they would not tow my vehicle and I should be driving without valid insurance slip.
